Just recently added bone broth back into my routine! It’s such a great way to add minerals to your body and support gut health and even anxiety and stress! I love the warmth mid day.

I’ve been using it to cook rice in, and even adding it in the last ten minutes of simmering my meat. Two little sneaky and delicious ways to work it into recipes! Great article.
