A few weeks ago, here at Really Well we Soft Launched Spring (For The Sake of Our Health), now, with Spring’s official arrival it’s time we fully dive in.

What’s In Season (And What To Make With It)
There are many benefits to eating in-season produce. In addition to being at peak flavor, many in season fruits and veggies are fresher, higher in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants thanks to shorter gap between being harvested and arriving at the store and subsequently, on our plates. Think of March as a transitional food month — we’re still cozy, but we’re craving fresh.
In season right now:
Asparagus
Spinach
Arugula
Radishes
Carrots
Mushrooms
Leeks
Citrus (still hanging on!)
What to make:
Sheet pan roasted asparagus + salmon + baby potatoes
Big spring salad with arugula, shaved carrots, goat cheese, and citrus vinaigette
Mushroom + leek egg bake (great for busy weeks)
Lemon chicken soup with extra greens stirred in
This is a great month to start adding — more greens, more fiber, more color.
